Section 14.8. 28 Grievance claims shall be processed as rapidly as possible, and the time limits provided shall be strictly 29 observed.

Section 14.8. 24 DOT physical examinations for Bus Drivers required by Federal and/or State law shall be provided at 25 no cost to the employee. The District shall have the right to designate a Medical Doctor to perform the 26 required physical examination; provided that the District shall pay mileage.
Section 14.8. 14 At the time employees are hired there is a process where they are presented with all of the information 15 regarding their employment, their legal obligations, benefit options, etc... As part of this process they 17 regarding the union. 18 PSE representatives will be provided the opportunity to be involved in this procedure. They will be 19 allowed the opportunity to present information regarding the union as part of the sign in process.
