Send Clause Samples
The "Send" clause establishes the requirements and procedures for transmitting documents, notices, or other communications between parties under the agreement. Typically, it specifies acceptable methods of delivery, such as email, postal mail, or courier, and may outline when a communication is considered received, for example, upon delivery or after a certain number of days. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear and consistent process for sending and receiving important information, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about whether and when communications have been properly delivered.

Send. The Send Service allows the Licensee (“Client”) to send faxes initiated from an email client application, from the Program or Service or from an application which communicates with the CureMD servers through an interface supplied by CureMD’s licensors. The Service is subscription-based and usage-based.
Send. The Provider must ensure their setting(s) is compliant with the following legislation and guidance; Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Code of Practice; 0-25 (2015) and the Equality Act 2010. • Providers must work in partnership with parents/carers to establish the support the child needs. • Providers must ensure they maintain information into the SEND Local Offer website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ in order for parents/carers to be supported to access services and support. • Providers must treat the placement of children with Special Educational Needs and Disability or potential Special Educational Needs equally and consistently in line with individual setting placement policies. • Providers ensure children with SEND or potential Special Educational Needs receive equal access to allocated weekly hours of childcare based upon the Nursery Education Fund allocation. • The Provider should be clear and transparent about the ordinarily available provision and SEND support on offer at their setting and have a clear approach to identifying and responding to SEND. The Provider must adopt a Graduated Approach to supporting children with additional needs, and make information available about their offer to support parents to choose the right setting for their child with SEND. (see appendix 3) ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/government/publications/send-code-of-practice-0-to-25 • Providers must establish ordinarily available provision in relation to SEND in line with national and local guidance. Send. Upon receiving (send, sid, Pi, Pj, m) where m ∈ {0, 1}A, send (sent, sid) to Pi and (receipt, sid, m) to Pj and ▇. In this setting, we are interested in key agreement protocols with an additional property that we call emulatability. A key agreement protocol π is emulatable if, 1 In the remainder of this section, we interchangeably call the parties Alice, Bob, ▇▇▇ or respectively P1, P2, A. in addition to implementing the key agreement functionality as it should, the role of Bob can be simulated by some entity E , the emulator, that learns no information about the messages transmitted through C, other than their lengths, and neither ▇▇▇▇▇ nor ▇▇▇ can distinguish whether ▇▇▇▇▇ is interacting with Bob or with E . We formalize this below. We first define a functionality DC that models a dummy channel whose task is to erase every information sent through the channel FC except for the length of the messages. Functionality FDC (Dummy channel) FDC runs with message size A and parties P1, P2 as follows: Send: Upon receiving (send, sid, m) from P1 where m ∈ {0, 1}A: If no such command has already been sent, send (sent, sid, |1|A) to P2. Otherwise, ignore the command.

Send. If your child has additional needs, where more staff are required to support your child, please can you contact ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ via email ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to discuss your child’s specific circumstances before making a booking. We will need to ensure that we have the correct ratio of staff and support in place before we can guarantee a place for your child. This will depend on the recruitment of suitably trained and experienced staff and the financial income to enable the club to operate safely.

Send. The Send operation receives U and act, recovers SAIK’s state for epoch U (γ St[U ]) and uses it to generate a message C and a new state γ' via SAIK.Send(γ, act). Internally (not in Fig. 11) the latter algorithm runs TreeKEM to create and encrypt a value pathSec, which it then inputs to the *derive-keys function of the key schedule to compute the secrets of γ'. To enable joining, FREEK: Algorithms γ ← SAIK.Init Input (Join, (U, U', c, σ, ids, comSecConf) from id if St = ⊥ then St[∗], Semantics[∗] ← ⊥ St[∗] ← ϵ; γ.eid ← 0; St[0] ← γ if St[U '] ⊥ then return Semantics[U '] Semantics[ ] return γ.eid Input (Send, U, act ∈ {‘up’, ‘add’-id , ‘rem’-id }) from id (γ', x) *process( , U, U', c, σ, ids, comSecConf)
