Single Points of Contact Sample Clauses
The Single Points of Contact clause designates specific individuals from each party as the main contacts for all communications and coordination related to the agreement. In practice, this means that all official notices, requests, and updates must be directed through these named representatives, streamlining interactions and reducing the risk of miscommunication. This clause ensures clear lines of responsibility and accountability, helping to prevent confusion and delays that can arise from unclear or fragmented communication channels.
