Common use of Spread of Hours Clause in Contracts

Spread of Hours. Where broken shifts are worked the spread of hours shall not exceed the ordinary hours by more than 3 hours, not including meal breaks: Provided that in no case shall the spread of hours exceed 12 hours per day.
