Sub-factor 1e– Transition-In and Out Plan. The Offeror shall provide a sufficient level of information within the proposed Transition-In portion of the Plan to address how the Offeror proposes, over a one-hundred and eighty (180) calendar day Transition-In period, starting at the beginning of the first year of performance, to allow time to understand the multiple NW software baselines, complete qualification events to ensure their understanding of the code and how to build a software version, establish the software development environment and software provisioning production facility, and staff up positions to reduce overall technical and schedule risk to the Government. The Transition-In portion of the plan shall conform with the Table C-5.1.5 timelines, major events and staff ramping up levels are driven by Government funding constraints. The Transition-In portion of the plan staffing levels at completion of the transition-in period establish the anticipated core level of staffing for the remainder of the contract period of performance (less two month transition-out period). The additional staffing levels being priced out beyond this level reflect additional capacity on the contract to address known-unknown and unknown-unknown Government NW requirements. In table C-5.1.5 the following acronyms are defined as follows: ACW stands for After Contract Award; ACI stands for Augustine Consulting Incorporated who is the current supplier of support to PdM GSS; PdM GSS stands for Product Manager Ground Soldier Systems; and KO stands for Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Contracting Officer.   • Contract Transition Upon Contract expiration or termination, the Contractor shall ensure a seamless transfer of Contract responsibilities with any subsequent Contractor necessary to transition the Products and services of the Contract. The incumbent Contractor assumes all expenses related to the contract transition.

  • Termination in Connection with a Change in Control a. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Change in Control” means any of the following events:
