Submittal List Sample Clauses

The SUBMITTAL LIST clause requires the contractor or party responsible for a project to provide a comprehensive list of documents, materials, or items that must be submitted for review and approval before work proceeds. Typically, this list includes shop drawings, product data, samples, and other relevant documentation that demonstrate compliance with project specifications. By establishing a clear and organized process for submissions, the clause ensures that all necessary information is reviewed in advance, reducing the risk of errors, omissions, or non-compliant work during the project.
