Supervisor's Post-Probation Report. Unless the probationary employee has previously been removed from probation, the principal or other supervisor shall submit a written report to the superintendent at the end of the probationary period which report shall identify whether the performance of the probationary employee has improved and which shall set forth one of the following recommendations for further action: A. That the employee has demonstrated sufficient improvement in the stated areas of deficiency to justify the removal of the probationary status; or B. If such reassignment is not possible, the district may, at its option, place the employee on paid leave for the balance of the contract term.

That the staff member has not demonstrated sufficient improvement in the 23 stated area(s) of deficiency and action should be taken to non-renew the 24 employment contract of the staff member pursuant to current law.
