SUPPLEMENTALS Clause Samples

The SUPPLEMENTALS clause defines additional terms, conditions, or documents that are incorporated into the main agreement. These may include schedules, exhibits, or appendices that provide further details, specifications, or requirements relevant to the contract. By referencing and including these supplemental materials, the clause ensures that all necessary information is formally part of the agreement, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring that both parties are aware of and bound by all relevant provisions.

The Administration reserves the right to initiate a new supplemental position at any time. Compensation will be established according to the procedure stated above. 4. All athletic supplemental contracts shall be offered to qualified certificated staff first and then to other individuals only if no certificated staff member has been selected for the position.
