Third Party Inquiries Clause Samples

The Third Party Inquiries clause establishes procedures for how a party must respond when receiving requests or inquiries from external entities, such as government agencies or other third parties, regarding the agreement or its subject matter. Typically, this clause requires the receiving party to promptly notify the other party of any such inquiry and may set guidelines for cooperation or information sharing. Its core function is to ensure transparency and coordinated responses, thereby protecting both parties' interests and maintaining control over sensitive information.
