Time and a Half Sample Clauses

Time and a Half. Pro Rata 3.2.1 For any performance running in excess of the Performance maximum. 3.2.2 Time is computed in 5 minute units and paid weekly in arrears.

Time and a Half. In the case of time and half pay, to the wage rate shown in Schedule “B-2”, must be added 50% of the wage rate shown in Schedule “B” for every overtime hour worked.

Time and a Half. Employees shall receive overtime pay of one-and-one-half (1 ½) times their regular rate of pay for all work performed on their sixth (6th) consecutive day of work with overtime paid at one-and-one-half(1 ½ ) times after 7 hours in a day or 35 hours in a week.

Time and a Half. Except as otherwise provided in this Article, the following situations shall require payment as one and one-half (1-1/2) times the regular established wage rate: ▪ Time worked in excess of Twelve (12) hours per day. ▪ Time worked in excess of any of the Three (3) scheduled workdays. ▪ Work scheduled in the three hours immediately preceding the normal starting time. ▪ Employees who are scheduled to work an observed holiday. ▪ Employees on Three-Twelve (3-12)’s who are scheduled for overtime except as defined in “Double Time.” ▪ Employees who are scheduled for overtime and such is canceled per Article 6.9 (Required notice for overtime)

Time and a Half. Time and a half in excess of 39 per week, between 8am and 12 midnight on a sixth consecutive day and over 9 hours on a Monday to Saturday.
