Time Clock. The Co-operative shall provide a time clock to enable employees to record their own time for payroll purposes. Employees may “punch in” late, less than 8 minutes at the beginning of their shift and/or less than 8 minutes early at the end of their shift without incurring any disciplinary action. However, if the “late” or “early” minutes accrued to sixty (60) minutes of more at any time during a one-month period, then that employee may be disciplined for misuse of time or tardiness. Any discipline issued will follow proper protocol.

All absences will be entered and documented in the District’s electronic absence reporting system. In the case of unexpected leave, any employee must enter absence as soon as possible. The District reserves the right to modify time keeping procedures.
