Time Recording System Sample Clauses

The Time Recording System clause establishes the requirement for employees or contractors to accurately log their working hours using a designated system. Typically, this involves entering start and end times for each work period, breaks, and any overtime, often through electronic or manual timesheets. This clause ensures that work hours are properly tracked for payroll, compliance, and project management purposes, thereby reducing disputes over hours worked and supporting accurate compensation.
