Suspension shall be implemented within one (1) month of notification to do so, unless a longer period is mutually agreed upon by the Union and the Employer; or in the event that the requested suspension becomes subject to the grievance procedure. iii) 3rd violation - two (2) weeks’ suspension without pay. c) The Employer may elect to introduce other forms of time recording for payroll purposes and prior to doing so, shall meet with the union in advance to advise of any changes. The Employer shall not use personal information obtained for any reason other than that of time recording for payroll purposes or door access.

  • Time Clocks The Company shall provide a time clock, or some other form of time recording, to enable employees to record their own time for payroll purposes.   • Flex Time Agencies shall, where practicable, establish flex time work schedules for their employees.   • Response Time PROVIDING PARTY shall respond to and resolve any problems in connection with the Corporate Services for RECEIVING PARTY within a commercially reasonable period of time, using response and proposed resolution times consistent with its response and resolution of such problems for itself.

  • Business Time From and after the Effective Date, the Executive agrees to devote his full attention during normal business hours to the business and affairs of the Company and to use his best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently the responsibilities assigned to him hereunder, to the extent necessary to discharge such responsibilities, except for (i) time spent in managing his personal, financial and legal affairs and serving on corporate, civic or charitable boards or committees, in each case only if and to the extent not substantially interfering with the performance of such responsibilities, and (ii) periods of vacation and sick leave to which he is entitled. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Executive's continuing to serve on any boards and committees on which he is serving or with which he is otherwise associated immediately preceding the Effective Date shall not be deemed to interfere with the performance of the Executive's services to the Company.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A. 4.2. Any delay of services or change in sequence of tasks must be approved in writing by Delaware. 4.3. In the event that Vendor fails to complete the project or any phase thereof within the time specified in the Contract, or with such additional time as may be granted in writing by Delaware, or fails to prosecute the work, or any separable part thereof, with such diligence as will insure its completion within the time specified in this Agreement or any extensions thereof, Delaware shall suspend the payments scheduled as set forth in Appendix A.
