Train Crew. (a) Notwithstanding the other terms of this Agreement, prior to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement, the Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union and the Employer may agree in principle to implement changes for Train Crew (as defined in clause 107) (Affected Employees) to the operation of: (i) clause 25; (ii) clauses 106 to 132A of Section 4 and Schedules 4A and 4B inclusive; and (iii) the conditions of employment (as defined in clause 13.1(d)) contained within the Drivers Rostering and Working Arrangements (including the Overtime Bonus) (DRWA), Guards Rostering and Working Arrangements (GRWA) and Drivers Depot Transfers and Roster Placement Policy / Procedure. (b) The changes may include changes to working arrangements, conditions and payments and will be compensated for by the payment of additional remuneration. (c) The additional remuneration for changes cited in 12.1(a) may include: (i) an aggregate payment in lieu of currently specified payments; (ii) compensation for changes or variations to the operation of clauses and/or conditions of employment; and/ or (iii) payment in recognition of employee related cost savings delivered by changes or variations to the operation of clauses and/or conditions of employment. (d) Where agreement in principle is reached with any classification of Affected Employees, e.g. Drivers or Guards, clause 12.7 will apply. Any clause of this Agreement or in the DRWA, GRWA and/or Drivers Depot Transfer and Roster Placement Policy/Procedure the operation of which is changed in accordance with this sub-clause or for which a payment is made in accordance with this sub-clause will cease to apply to Affected Employees upon commencement of an agreement approved in accordance with sub-clause 12.7. Any additional remuneration will be paid to Affected Employees in accordance with clauses 12.7(f) and (g).
Train Crew. Unless otherwise provided for in this agreement, AER shall guarantee employees an average of 40 hours work, or equivalent pay, averaged over the roster cycle.
Train Crew. (A) where the Employee has a doctor's certificate, 100% of the Aggregate Rate; (B) where an Employee does not provide a doctors certificate, and the provision of such a certificate would be reasonably practicable, - at the Base Rate.
Train Crew. If an employee’s rostered ordinary hours are less than the average of 40 hours per week averaged over the roster cycle the employee may be required to work further hours, in that roster cycle, necessary to achieve the guaranteed hours for that roster cycle. The application of this provision does not permit the further hours to be worked on a Rostered Day Off or in conflict with the shift maximums provided for elsewhere in this clause.
Train Crew. 41.1 Due to the nature of the work performed in Pacific National, being a business that operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, Employees can be required to work on public holidays in accordance with their respective roster. (a) An Employee, other than a casual employee, who works on one of the following public holidays: • New Year’s Day • Australia DayLabour DayGood FridayEaster MondayEaster SaturdayAnzac DayChristmas DayBoxing Day • Queens Birthday • Melbourne Cup (Victoria) • Picnic Day (New South Wales) shall be entitled to the Public Holiday and payment at 1.8 times the Base Rate for the actual hours worked on the day to be made in the pay fortnight the day is worked. The Employee's cycle hours shall be reduced accordingly by the number of hours the Employee actually works on the Public Holiday. (b) There is no substitution of public holidays for Train Crew. The public holiday will be the actual day on which it falls. For example, if Christmas Day falls on a Sunday, then Sunday will be the public holiday. This is irrespective of any substitution made for other workers or any changes made as a consequence of Government gazettal notices. (c) If an Employee, other than a casual, is rostered to work on one of the listed public holidays, but no work is offering, then a credit will be made towards cycle hours for the hours rostered on that day. No credit will be made where an Employee is not rostered to work on the day. (d) An Employee, other than a casual, taking annual leave during a period when a public holiday occurs is deemed to be on leave.
Train Crew. Subject to subclause 19.5 below, the minimum shift length for rostered shifts shall be eight hours for all shifts including DOO shifts.
Train Crew. Where two qualified drivers (including Tutor Drivers) operate a train, they will alternate driving duties to take their meals without stopping the train.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.2 The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall meet and coordinate with County’s Project Manager and County’s Contract Project Monitor on a regular basis.
