Training Package. 6.2.1 If a training package was ordered, Customer is entitled to send a defined number of persons (as stated in the service description) during a defined service period (as stated in the service description) to either specific training modules (as stated in the Agreement or service description) or any training modules offered by EXASOL during the service period (flat rate). Dates for the individual training modules are announced on EXASOL’s website. The training participants have to be identified by name at the beginning of the service period. A replacement of one of the aforementioned named participants is only possible if the replaced participant has not yet attended a training module. 6.2.2 The service period is stated in the service description. If during the service period less than three training courses take place for a training module which forms part of the ordered training package, the service period shall automatically extend to the date when the third training course of the respective training module takes place. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, the service period starts from the signature of the Agreement. If the training contract is concluded for an indefinite period, it can be terminated - however not before the end of a minimum term agreed between the parties - with three months’ notice to the end of the month.

Training Package. This guide could be utilised to assist in the consideration of the indicative tasks/skills specified in the Classification Structure. • Perform straightforward sampling and testing within one scientific discipline using relevant procedures, Australian Standards and readily available advice • Operate test equipment and instruments and make limited adjustments to their controls • Process and record data and recognise trends and out of control conditions ▪ Solve predictable problems using clear information or known solutions. Where alternatives exist, they are limited and apparent. ▪ Work under close and regular supervision, although they may have autonomy for specific tasks and responsibility for their own outputs • Take decisions within defined limits of responsibility.   • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Training Pay City shall pay one and one-half times regular salary rate for training required by the Police and Peace Officers Licensing Law which is taken outside of regular duty hours (approximately 48 hours every three years). The Chief will establish the type and amount of training required.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.
