Training Resources Clause Samples

The Training Resources clause outlines the obligations and provisions related to providing educational materials, instruction, or support necessary for users or employees to effectively utilize a product, service, or system. Typically, this clause specifies what types of training will be offered, who is responsible for delivering the training, and whether the resources will be provided in-person, online, or through documentation. Its core practical function is to ensure that all relevant parties have the knowledge and skills required to operate or benefit from the subject matter, thereby reducing errors, increasing efficiency, and clarifying responsibilities regarding training.
