Transactions Available Sample Clauses
The "Transactions Available" clause defines the conditions under which certain transactions or services are accessible to the parties involved in an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines which types of transactions are permitted, any prerequisites that must be met before a transaction can occur, and any limitations or restrictions on availability, such as timeframes or eligibility criteria. For example, it may specify that only authorized users can initiate transactions during business hours or that certain services are only available after account verification. The core function of this clause is to set clear boundaries and expectations regarding access to transactions, thereby reducing misunderstandings and ensuring that all parties are aware of when and how they can utilize the services provided.
