Transfer Lists. The District will maintain transfer eligibility lists by classification of those employees interested in possible transfer opportunities for a period of two (2) years.
Transfer Lists. In order to improve the opportunity for District employees in this unit to transfer to other positions within the District, the District will maintain a transfer eligibility list for each class for a period of two (2) years.
Transfer Lists. The Planning and Scheduling Committee may also review the administrative processes and management of any transfers lists such as transfers between bases.
Transfer Lists. A. The following lists will be recorded by the City:
1. A list to evenly distribute transfers of Engineers to another station to assume the rank of Acting Lieutenant.
2. A list to evenly distribute transfers of Lieutenants to another station to assume the rank of Acting Captain.
B. In regard to any of the above mentioned transfer lists, anyone returning from: (1) an extended period of illness, (2) leave of absence, (3) temporary transfer to another station is to be averaged into the number of transfers of the personnel grouped into that category. Extended period is to be defined as anything of thirty (30) days and over duration.
C. Anyone being moved from one shift to another, either because of promotion or transfer, is to be averaged into the number of transfers of the personnel grouped into that category.
D. All transfer lists in the article are to be made available to Union officers and stewards for inspection at their request. All questions concerning transfers shall be made before 9:00
a. m. After that time, the work list shall be deemed to be in effect.
