Transfer Lists. The District will maintain transfer eligibility lists by classification of those employees interested in possible transfer opportunities for a period of two (2) years.

Extended period is to be defined as anything of thirty (30) days and over duration. C. Anyone being moved from one shift to another, either because of promotion or transfer, is to be averaged into the number of transfers of the personnel grouped into that category. D. All transfer lists in the article are to be made available to Union officers and stewards for inspection at their request. All questions concerning transfers shall be made before 9:00 a. m. After that time, the work list shall be deemed to be in effect.

  • Holder Lists The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Holders. If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Issuer shall furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, to the Trustee, in writing at least five Business Days before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Holders.
