Transfer Notification. Notice of transfer or non-transfer will be given in writing to each teacher making a request under Article 9:3 as soon as practicable and under normal circumstances not later than June 30. After June 30 until the beginning of the new school year, notice of all personnel actions with respect to transfers will be sent to the UNION and posted in the Administration Building and in each school, within five work days.

Transfer Notification. Members will be notified within 7 calendar days before his or her transfer from shift to shift. Membership recognizes movement for emergencies.

Each agency or university-campus that chooses not to use the transfer register shall notify the Union that they will be announcing vacancies by posting. The method of notification chosen by the agency or university-campus will be for the duration of this Agreement.

Transfer Notification. During the term of this Agreement the Distributor may sell, assign, or transfer all or part of the territorial rights to distribute the Beverages pursuant to this Agreement to a third party upon the written consent of the Company (hereinafter known as the “Replacement Distributor”). The Distributor may also agree to release its right to distribute the Beverages under this Agreement to the Replacement Distributor in consideration for the Replacement Distributor agreeing to assume performance of the Agreement for the balance of the term then remaining. The Distributor may not make such transfer without the written approval of SBSI, nor may the Distributor transfer all or a portion of the stock or ownership in the Distributor without such approval. The Company shall notify the Distributor of its decision not more than thirty (30) days following the receipt from the Distributor of SBSI’s completed transfer application form, and provided that the requested information and references are made accessible to the Company.

Transfer Notification. In the event a Food Services employee is administratively transferred because his/her presence poses a substantiated threat to the health and safety of students, staff or others, the Food Service Manager at the receiving site shall be informed of the reasons for the transfer.
