Only those individuals on the Union provided list shall be entitled to the rights described in this Article.

Union Staff Representatives. A duly authorized Union Staff Representative shall have access to the facility at any operational time for the purpose of observing working conditions, monitoring compliance with this Agreement or following-up on inquiries and concerns of bargaining unit employees. Union Staff Representatives may confer with an employee and/or his/her supervisor or an Employer representative on Employer time in connection with a complaint or problem concerning the employee, but such conference should not interfere with the work of the employee or the delivery of patient care.
Union Staff Representatives. Union Staff Representatives shall be granted access at such reasonable times and to such proper areas of the District’s premises, upon notice to the District and the designated site administrator when available, where unit members are employed, when such visits are necessitated by matters concerning the administration of this Agreement, observing the conditions under which the unit members are employed and assisting in processing grievances.

A Staff Representative will request release time from their immediate supervisor in order to attend to emergent situations.
