By October 15th of each year, the District will provide the Association with all unit member information (name, job title, department, addresses and listed work, home and personal telephone cell numbers, personal email if on file and home address) of all bargaining unit personnel. Such list will only be used for District and Association business.

3.8.2 If no unit members are hired in a month, the District shall notify the Association President in writing.

4. The Association President or his/her designee shall be given notice of unit employees terminating employment or receiving a leave of absence within five (5) business days of Board action on same.
