Use of Client Information. 7.1 EISHK will keep information relating to the Securities Account confidential, but is authorized to conduct credit enquiries on the Client to verify the information provided and may provide any such information to (i) its auditors, legal advisers, brokers or dealers instructed by EISHK on behalf of the Client, (ii) the Exchange, (iii) any other Market in which Securities are traded for the Securities Account, (iv) the Hong Kong Regulators or any other regulatory authority to comply with their requirements or requests for information and (v) any of EISHK's Associate or any group company of EISHK. EISHK shall not be liable in any way to the Client for any disclosure made pursuant to this sub-clause. 7.2 Where the Client is an individual, the Client agrees to be bound by EIFH'▇ “Notice to Clients relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance”, a copy of which is available with these Terms, and to the use of his/her personal data in the manner specified in the said Notice.

Use of Client Information. As part of Longbridge NZ providing the Services and providing the Portal Account to you, Longbridge NZ will or may use Client Information for the following purposes: (a) As permitted by the Client Agreement; (b) In undertaking any of the Services (c) To any third parties for the purposes of obtaining any credit check, or for the purposes of completing any identity verification, including under the AML/CFT Act or any other law. (d) To detect, prevent, protect against fraud and financial crimes; (e) To comply with any Law. (f) For the purposes of communicating with you for the purpose of improving any of the Services; (g) For the purposes of sending any targeted emails or text messages about any content Longbridge NZ believes you may be interested in, or services which are provided by any of our business partners; to the exchange upon which any securities you wish to buy or sell using our services are traded; (h) Any third parties who themselves provide services necessary or desirable for Longbridge NZ to provide the Services to you; (i) Any government authority where required by Law, including any Law relating to taxation in any jurisdiction such as the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (United States) and the Income Tax Act 2007; (j) To Longbridge NZ's own professional advisers; (k) To any third-party where that third-party is, in the opinion of Longbridge NZ, acting in good faith, potentially acquiring either all or any part of Longbridge NZ's business, or any shares Longbridge NZ has issued.
Use of Client Information. The Client agrees that the Company may collect, use, process, retain or transfer any of the Client Information for the purposes of the Hafoo eDDA Services. These purposes include, without limitation: (a) providing the Hafoo eDDA Services to the Client, maintaining and operating the Hafoo eDDA Services; (b) processing and executing the Instructions and requests in relation to the Hafoo eDDA Services from time to time; (c) disclosing or transferring the Client Information to any Bank, HKICL and other Participants for their use for the purpose of the operation of the Hafoo eDDA Services; (d) meeting the requirements to make disclosure under any Applicable Regulations; and (e) purposes incidental or relating to any of the above.
Use of Client Information. + Confidentiality. DataVise will use information about Client (“Client Information”) to provide services as detailed above. Neither DataVise nor Client will share proprietary know- how and information disclosed under this Agreement, whether oral, written, or electronic, that (i) concerns the software, reporting, technology, customers, finances, methods, research, processes, or procedures of either DataVise or Client; or (ii) is designated "Confidential" or "Proprietary" by the disclosing Party at the time of disclosure or within a reasonable period thereafter (“Confidential Information”). Confidential Information does not include information that: (i) is a matter of public knowledge through no fault of the receiving Party; (ii) is available to the receiving Party on a non-confidential basis from a third party, provided such third party is not bound a confidentiality obligation to the disclosing Party as to such Confidential Information; or (iii) is required to be disclosed by law, provided that the disclosing Party is promptly notified by the receiving Party to provide the disclosing Party an opportunity to seek a protective order or other relief.

The Client may withdraw this consent at any time by written notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇. This clause is subject to the provisions of any applicable law.

Use of Client Information. The Introducing Broker must ensure that there are arrangements in place that permit the Introducing Broker to disclose the Client information referred to in this agreement to ACCESS DIRECT in the circumstances contemplated by this agreement.
