Information Provided by the Client Clause Samples
The 'Information Provided by the Client' clause requires the client to supply accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the service provider to perform their obligations under the agreement. In practice, this means the client must respond to requests for data, documents, or instructions that are essential for the project’s progress, and any delays or inaccuracies may affect the provider’s ability to deliver services as agreed.
