Use of Equipment and Services. The Union will have free access to use school document producing and duplicating equipment, and classified employee bulletin boards. The Union shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use and for any repairs necessary as a result of the use thereof.

Use of Equipment and Services. Lessee will be responsible with regard to rental or other arrangements for copiers and related services.

Use of Equipment and Services. The Equipment and services are intended for use only for the purposes for which they were expressly provided. With respect to any other use, Seller makes no representation or warranty and assumes no liability of any kind, including liability as to completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or non-infringing nature of the Equipment or services.

Use of Equipment and Services. The customer shall not rent, transfer or lend the Equipment or permit use of the Services for personal gain or purposes of public representation. For greater certainty, the customer acknowledges that it might be subject to the Copyright Act, in particular but without limitation, (i) if it uses the Services, in the case of a television communication signal, to perform it live or registered on Personal Video Recorder (PVR) or High Definition Personal Video Recorder (HDPVR), in a place open to the public, on payment of an entrance fee, or (ii) if it uses the Services to reproduce, broadcast or otherwise perform, in a place open to the public, a television communication signal registered on ENP or ENPHD, the whole without the prior authorization of the broadcaster.

Use of Equipment and Services. Thecustomer shall not rent, transfer or lend the rented Equipment, or permit the use of the Services for personal gain or purposes ofpublic representation.

Use of Equipment and Services. 8.1 The Customer shall only use Equipment authorised for use on the Network. 8.2 The Customer shall not: 8.2.1 use any Equipment or Services for any purpose that CommsFM (acting reasonably) believes is abusive, a nuisance, illegal or fraudulent; or 8.2.2 do anything that causes the Network to be impaired or damaged; or 8.2.3 modify Equipment and/or Services (including any Software or integral safety features) that CommsFM has supplied to the Customer, except in accordance with the manufacturer’s written specifications, as required by law or with our prior written permission. 8.3 Where a specific Customer is found to be in breach of its obligations of clause 8.2.3, CommsFM shall be entitled to suspend such Customer’s use of the Services. Before exercising this right, CommsFM shall notify the Customer of its intention to do so where this is reasonably practicable, allowing an opportunity to remedy the alleged breach (where it is capable of remedy), otherwise CommsFM shall notify the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable after the suspension. This right of suspension shall only apply during the period of breach, although re-instatement of the Service may be subject to the payment of a reconnection Charge by Customer. 8.4 During any period of suspension, the Customer shall continue to pay all Charges due under this Agreement in respect of the suspended Services. 8.5 The Customer may use the Equipment and/or Services to access the internet and services not provided under this Agreement. CommsFM accepts no responsibility for these services, including where in accessing the service, the Customer gives unauthorised parties access to its Equipment.

Use of Equipment and Services. 6.1 You must not use, or permit another person to use the Services or the Equipment provided by Wrights in respect of: (a) the breach of the laws of any jurisdiction; (b) the transmission of any obscene, mischievous or blasphemous message where such transmission in the opinion of Wrights infringes the provisions of any law of any jurisdiction; or (c) the conduct of a business or other operation that is illegal or perceived as unethical or may compromise Wrights or its staff, in any other way.

Use of Equipment and Services. You agree that you will not use or permit another to use the Equipment or Services, directly or indirectly, for any unlawful purpose, including, but not limited to, in violation of any posted ATCC policy applicable to the Services. You acknowledge that you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of all persons who use the Equipment and/or Services and that you shall have sole responsibility for ensuring that all other users understand and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any applicable ATCC policies including, but not limited to, acceptable use and privacy policies. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ATCC and its affiliates, suppliers, and agents against all claims and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of any unlawful use of the Equipment, Services, or the breach of this Agreement by you or any other user. Upon termination of the Services, for whatever reason, Customer acknowledges that his/her right to possess and use the Equipment shall likewise terminate and the Equipment shall be returned to ATCC in the same condition as when received, excepting ordinary wear and tear. Customer will promptly return Equipment or notify ATCC to schedule retrieval by ATCC If Customer does not return the Equipment promptly or schedule retrieval, ATCC or its Contractor may enter any premises where the Equipment may be located for the purpose of disconnecting and retrieving the Equipment. If the Equipment is damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen while in Customer's possession, Customer shall be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of the Equipment and charged a damage fee.
