Use Of Personal Days. Personal days may be used in increments of not less than one (1) work day. Except in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, requests for use of personal time off shall be scheduled and approved at least four (4) work days in advance. Notwithstanding the provisions above, employees may utilize personal leave for emergency purposes subject to approval by the Superintendent.
Use Of Personal Days. Up to twenty-four (24) hours of personal days may 32 be taken in four (4) hour increments. Up to sixteen (16) hours of personal days may be taken in 33 one (1) hour increments, however, the one (1) hour increments must be the first or last hour of 34 the workday.   • Use of Personal Data By executing this Stock Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the collection, use, processing and transfer of certain personal data, including his or her name, salary, nationality, job title, position and details of all past Awards and current Awards outstanding under the Plan (“Data”), for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan. The Participant is not obliged to consent to such collection, use, processing and transfer of personal data, but a refusal to provide such consent may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan.   • Use of Personal Leave An employee may use personal leave credits to conduct personal business that cannot be conducted outside of normal working hours and for personal emergencies.

  • Use of Personal Vehicles When employees are authorized to use their personal vehicles to transport clients or residents in the care of the State, the State agrees to provide, subject to the rules and regulations of the Comptroller, a supplemental mileage allowance rate of seven cents ($.07) per mile for the use of such personal vehicle.
