Use of Rooms. On-campus housing is provided to Student for residential purposes only. Student is responsible for all personal property brought on campus by Student or any guest, and University does not assume any reasonability for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Student is responsible for keeping its assigned room in good, safe, and reasonably clean condition. Student shall not alter on-campus housing in any way without the prior written consent of the Director of Campus Facilities. All furniture provided in a room upon Student’s check in must remain at all times. Removal of or damage to University furniture will result in charges to Student’s account. Student must obtain advance approval from the applicable Area Coordinator prior to bringing additional furniture to on-campus housing, and any such additional furniture must be removed prior to Student’s checkout. University may impose charges to remove any such furniture not removed by Student. If more than one student shares a room, all such students will be jointly and severally liable for damages incurred hereunder.

Use of Rooms. The Customer is reminded that, in general, rooms are only available from 14:00 and have to be vacated by 10:00, irrespective of the time of arrival or departure or the means of transport used. Single rooms generally have one bed and a supplement is often paya- ble for these rooms. Double rooms usually have either two single beds or one double bed.
Use of Rooms. Students shall not: (i) sublet, (ii) allow anyone to live in the assigned space who is not assigned to it and/or registered and authorized by University Housing and Residential Services, or (iii) assign this contract to any other person. Residents who allow their space and/or the apartment itself to be used in violation of this provision are subject to a penalty charge not to exceed the full space charge for each violation for the full contract period.
Use of Rooms. Up to four hours of access including customer set-up and break-down constitutes a half-day room rental rate. Objects cannot be hung from air vents, drop down projection screens, artwork, exit signs, doors or fire extinguishers. Only LCC staff may hang banners or other decorations that require a ladder. Flammable materials are prohibited in the facility. Decorations that require extraction from carpet, such as, confetti, glitter, birdseed, rice and snow are not allowed in the facility, if used, a cleaning fee will be assessed. A cleaning fee may be assessed if the Center deems more than regular wear & tear occurs to the facility. All materials and personal property must be removed by the customer from the rooms at the end of the use time. Pre-arranged storage and handling of materials pre and post event may be available at an additional fee. Vendors and/or exhibitors are required to remove all promotional materials and unused disposable service ware from their assigned booth area prior to departing. In the event that excess trash or materials remain after departure, additional disposal fees will be applied.
Use of Rooms. Rooms booked are available to the Client on the contracted arrival date at or after 3 pm.
Use of Rooms. The School District will endeavor when possible, to make available to the Association the use of school rooms for Association meetings being held after school hours on non-duty time. To obtain the use of a room, the Association shall obtain the permission of the Principal of the building concerned. The Association shall be responsible for any damage caused during its use of school facilities and shall, on each occasion, leave such facilities in good order and repair. Such meetings shall be conducted in an orderly fashion in the room designated by the Principal and shall not be disruptive of the use of the school by others.
Use of Rooms. Use of the room(s) detailed on the Venue Hire Agreement does not imply any right to use any other part of the building, for deliveries, storage or any other access except unless previously agreed. If this occurs additional costs will be charged to the Client accordingly.

No such use shall conflict with school activities or previously scheduled use by other organizations.   • Use of Common Areas Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right (in common with other tenants and all others to whom Landlord has granted or may grant such rights) to use the Common Areas for the purposes intended, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may establish from time to time. Tenant shall abide by such rules and regulations and shall use its best effort to cause others who use the Common Areas with Tenant's express or implied permission to abide by Landlord's rules and regulations. At any time, Landlord may close any Common Areas to perform any acts in the Common Areas as, in Landlord's judgment, are desirable to improve the Project. Tenant shall not interfere with the rights of Landlord, other tenants or any other person entitled to use the Common Areas.

  • Use of websites (a) The Borrower may satisfy its obligation under this Agreement to deliver any information in relation to those Lenders (the “Website Lenders”) who accept this method of communication by posting this information onto an electronic website designated by the Borrower and the Agent (the “Designated Website”) if: (i) the Agent expressly agrees (after consultation with each of the Lenders) that it will accept communication of the information by this method; (ii) both the Borrower and the Agent are aware of the address of and any relevant password specifications for the Designated Website; and (iii) the information is in a format previously agreed between the Borrower and the Agent. If any Lender (a “Paper Form Lender”) does not agree to the delivery of information electronically then the Agent shall notify the Borrower accordingly and the Borrower shall supply the information to the Agent (in sufficient copies for each Paper Form Lender) in paper form. In any event the Borrower shall supply the Agent with at least one copy in paper form of any information required to be provided by it. (b) The Agent shall supply each Website Lender with the address of and any relevant password specifications for the Designated Website following designation of that website by the Borrower and the Agent. (c) The Borrower shall promptly upon becoming aware of its occurrence notify the Agent if: (i) the Designated Website cannot be accessed due to technical failure; (ii) the password specifications for the Designated Website change; (iii) any new information which is required to be provided under this Agreement is posted onto the Designated Website; (iv) any existing information which has been provided under this Agreement and posted onto the Designated Website is amended; or (v) the Borrower becomes aware that the Designated Website or any information posted onto the Designated Website is or has been infected by any electronic virus or similar software. If the Borrower notifies the Agent under paragraph (c)(i) or paragraph (c)(v) above, all information to be provided by the Borrower under this Agreement after the date of that notice shall be supplied in paper form unless and until the Agent and each Website Lender is satisfied that the circumstances giving rise to the notification are no longer continuing. (d) Any Website Lender may request, through the Agent, one paper copy of any information required to be provided under this Agreement which is posted onto the Designated Website. The Borrower shall comply with any such request within ten Business Days.

  • Use of Space The COUNTY will provide the space located at: [insert Orange County Government Location] (the “Designated Space”) which shall be utilized by the AGENCY solely for the lawful purpose of providing the services. If no space is designated, this Article V does not apply.

  • Use of School Facilities 1. The Association will have the right to use school buildings at reasonable times for meetings in accordance with Committee policy on the Use of School Facilities. The principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings. 2. There will be one (1) bulletin board in each school building, which will be placed in the faculty lounge, for the purpose of displaying professional notices, circulars, and other Association material. Copies of all such material will be given to the building principal, but his advance approval will not be required.

  • Use of the Software licensed hereunder may require third party software or hardware (including but limited to databases, operating systems and servers). Unless specifically licensed in the Master Agreement, this Agreement does not contain a license to use such additional materials.
