Utility Installations Clause Samples

The Utility Installations clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for installing, maintaining, or modifying utility services such as water, electricity, gas, or telecommunications on a property. It typically specifies which party is responsible for arranging and paying for these installations, as well as any requirements for obtaining necessary permits or approvals.
