Utility Payments. Tenant shall promptly pay when due all charges for water, gas, electricity, and all other utilities furnished to or used upon the Premises, including all charges for installation, termination, and relocations of such service.

Utility Payments. ESG funds may pay for up to 24 months of utility payments per program participant, per service, including up to 6 months of utility payments in arrears, per service. This assistance may only be provided if the program participant or a member of the same household has an account in his or her name with a utility company or proof of responsibility to make utility payments. Utility Payments. Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all water, electricity and gas used and consumed in the Premises, provided Landlord has separately metered the same as required above. Tenant shall pay for electricity and natural gas directly to the utility company on or before the date when due. The obligation to pay for electricity and natural gas used and consumed in the Premises during the last month of the Term hereof shall survive expiration of the Term.

Utility Payments. Tenant agrees to pay or reimburse Landlord for all electric current, gas, water and other utility services, whether furnished to the Premises by utility companies or by Landlord, and in any event Tenant shall furnish and pay for heating and air-conditioning equipment and service to the Premises. Such utility services (if any) actually furnished by Landlord shall be billed at rates not exceeding those charged by applicable utility companies; provided that Landlord may allocate such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on a square-foot basis unless service is separately metered or submetered.

Utility Payments. If the Lessor demands that the Lessee pay for master metered public utility services, the Lessor acknowledges that they provided the Lessee with a copy of the formula used to allocate the public utility payments among the tenants. This is to satisfy 765 ILCS 740/5(a).
