Visual Alarms. For the period of time that a resident who is deaf or hard of hearing is receiving services from a YSI facility, YSI shall ensure that visual alarms complying with the standards set forth in sections 4.1.3(14) and 4.28 of the Standards for Accessible Design, 28 C.F.R. pt. 36, app. A, are provided for that resident, at a minimum, in the resident’s room, dining area, living quarters, toilet room, classroom, and recreation area.

Activation of the panic buttons will send direct alerts (‘calls for help’) to Benchmark Security. Each panic button has been assigned a ZONE # which specifies ‘where’ the assistance is required. Benchmark calls the RCMP immediately upon receiving the alert that assistance is required, and advises them of the location where their on- site attendance is needed urgently. Each ZONE # is assigned a Primary Key Holder contact and an Alternate Key Holder contact. Once a panic button has been activated, Benchmark will call the RCMP and advise that a panic button has been activated at PCTC, provide the location of the alarm, along with the Primary and Alternate contact phone numbers. While the RCMP are acting on the call, the Benchmark operator will notify the Primary Key Holders or alternates of the areas not activated and the “Other PCTC User Groups” that a panic button has been pressed and where. Visual Alarms. MDJS shall ensure that any MDJS facility providing services to a juvenile who is deaf or hard of hearing provides visual alarms complying with the standards set forth in sections 4.28 and 9.3 of the Standards for Accessible Design, 28 C.F.R. pt. 36, App. A. 10.15

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Improvement Plan A detailed, written plan initiated by the evaluator. The teacher may provide input at the meeting to review the plan. Improvement plans are utilized when a teacher receives an Evaluation Rating of Ineffective or when an administrator utilizes discretion to place any teacher on an improvement plan at any time based on any individual deficiency in the evaluation system. The approved form for the Improvement Plan is attached to this agreement as Appendix A-9.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
