Weekly Work Schedule. Employees assigned to a three (3) shift operation shall work the schedule illustrated in Exhibit B to this Agreement. In the event the Employer and the Union mutually agree, a different weekly work schedule may be implemented, subject to a one (1) year trial period. At the end of said trial period, either party can request to return to the schedule illustrated in Exhibit B or meet to readdress.

Weekly Work Schedule a) The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Thursday at 6pm to cover a two week period commencing on the Sunday following the posting of the schedule. b) The work schedule reflects the name of each employee in the classification ranked in order of seniority. The work schedule of full-time employees, unrestricted part time employees and restricted part-time employees shall be indicated separately. c) An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other employees due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies, such as fire, flood, breakdown of machinery or other instances of force majeure. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours pay given in lieu of notice. Such pay would not be subject to overtime rates. d) The scheduling rights of a full-time employee shall always take precedence over those of a part-time employee.

Weekly Work Schedule. (2002) Departmental weekly work schedules will be prepared and shall be posted at the latest on Wednesday at three (3) pm for the work week starting on Friday. Weekly Work Schedule. A weekly work schedule must be posted on the official board at each work location. The schedule must show the duty assignments of all carriers assigned to the unit.
