Work Related Meetings. The Employer agrees to make a reasonable effort to schedule work-related meetings so employees will be able to attend while they are otherwise on duty.
Work Related Meetings. The District will compensate the employee for attendance at meetings required by their supervisor before and after regular working hours. This includes district or school committee meetings. Overtime rules will apply in the event that the meeting creates time worked over the 40 hours for the week. If an employee is not required by their supervisor to attend a meeting and chooses to voluntarily attend, compensation will not be provided.
Work Related Meetings. The Employer will pay the employees for their time spent at Employer requested work related meetings. This does not apply to voluntary attendance.
Work Related Meetings. Employees reporting to work to attend an in-service, staff, or committee meeting will be paid as hours worked for the time spent in such meeting provided, however, no employee shall receive less than one (1) hours' pay. Other bonuses or differentials do not apply.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting.   • Required Meetings or Hearings Whenever any employee is required to appear before the Superintendent or his designee, Board or any committee, member, representative or agent thereof concerning any matter which could adversely affect the continuation of that employee in his office, position, or employment or the salary of any increments pertaining thereto, then he shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such meetings or interview and shall be entitled to have a representative of the Association present to advise him and represent him during such meetings or interview.

  • Telephone Meetings Members of a committee of the Board of Directors may participate in a meeting by means of a conference telephone or other communications equipment if all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other at the same time. Participation in a meeting by these means shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.

  • Union Meetings The Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.
