Working on a Statutory Holiday. Employees who are required to work on a Statutory Holiday are entitled to be paid one and one-half (1.5X) times their regular rate, plus a day’s Statutory Holiday pay. This may be taken as time off in lieu.
Working on a Statutory Holiday. Regular full-time employees who have not had their statutory holidays scheduled into their work rotations who are required to work on a statutory holiday shall be paid at a rate of one and one-half times their rate of pay for hours worked. In addition, the employee will receive a paid day off in lieu for working the statutory holiday.

(a) time and one-half (1.5x) for the first eight (8) hours worked and double time (2x) for any work over eight (8) hours (except Charter work);
(b) plus a day off with an average day’s pay as calculated in Article G11.05.
