Worksite Access. (a) The Employer may grant Union Representatives access to the premises for Union business subject to prior permission of the General Manager or designate. Access to the premises for Union business will not be unreasonably denied. (b) Union membership meetings may be held on Employer premises subject to the approval of the Employer. Access to the premises for Union membership meetings will not be unreasonably withheld.
Worksite Access. A. CCPOA stewards or representatives seeking access to the employees in a work or secure area, or to review documents, shall provide the department head or designee with reasonable advance notice of the visit. Access may be denied or delayed or limited for reasons of safety, security, public order, or other business-related reasons. Access to employees shall not be unreasonably withheld. B. Access to work locations solely for the purpose of observation of the worksite, not involving discussion with employees, may be granted with reasonable advance notice with an appropriate escort. On occasion the representative may need to talk confidentially with the employee or take confidential notes. Under these circumstances, management agrees, if requested by the representative, to ensure reasonable physical separation between the escort, the representative and the employee. However, for legitimate business-related reasons, the representative may be required to take notes or communicate with the employee at an alternate location. C. CCPOA representatives and two (2) designated CCPOA BTF Representatives will be eligible to apply for a CDCR Contractor’s ID subject to all applicable rules. Once approved, they will be eligible to renew on a yearly basis. For initial IDs or for renewals prior to the fifteen (15) days before expiration, CCPOA representatives may secure IDs at locations in the Central and Southern regions, as well as at Headquarters in Sacramento. The specific locations will be provided to the CCPOA Chief of Labor. Renewals with less than fifteen (15) days before expiration shall be secured only at Headquarters in Sacramento.

Worksite Access. The District requires all DAGA members to work a minimum of (12) hours week at their work site. However, in understanding the various personal complications that affect Association members during a pandemic, the District shall implement the following points of flexibility for all bargaining unit members during the period of fully on-line instruction: a. Bargaining unit members shall work from their assigned worksite for twelve (12) hours per week in accordance with a site-adopted schedule. b. Unit members who wish to be excused from working on-site may seek an exemption from their site administrator. The site administrator shall not deny a request to be exempt from working onsite. Any unit member who demonstrates a pattern of failing to meet expectations for providing services in a distance learning model, may be directed to work full time from their site.
Worksite Access. ‌ A. Union officers, worksite leaders, stewards and/or union staff shall be permitted to visit break and lunch areas designated by the City, before or after work, or during designated lunch periods for the purpose of discussing union business, provided that arrangements are made in advance with the manager responsible for the worksite. B. Such visits shall not disrupt the work of City employees or interfere with the normal operations of the department, or with established safety and security requirements. Where any such problems arise, the Union and the City will agree on an alternate meeting/conference facility for the purpose of providing a place for the Union to hold meetings before or after work or during lunch periods. If the alternate meeting site is a City facility during non-working hours, its scheduling and use shall be governed in accordance with regulations pertaining to the use of public meeting rooms at City facilities. C. Solicitations of membership and all activities concerned with the internal management of the Union, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, preparation of petitions, preparation of proposals, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours. D. Employees may voluntarily perform those duties assigned to them by the Union, but in no event shall they have the right to interfere with the performance of work of any other employee or interfere with City operations.
Worksite Access. 22.1. You shall ensure that we have clear and free access to the worksite at all times to enable us to undertake the Services (including the delivery or installation of the Goods) and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the worksite (including damage to pathways, driveways, footpaths or grassed areas) unless due to our negligence. 22.2. It is your responsibility to organise temporary fencing to ensure the worksite is protected from damage or theft if any fencing or other boundary is removed from the worksite.
