YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. You have a right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days from the day after we notify you that this Agreement has been executed. You can do this without having to give us a reason. If you wish to withdraw from this Agreement, you must notify us by email to ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇, or you can call us on ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. If you withdraw from this Agreement, you must repay the Loan Amount you received without delay and in any event no later than 30 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You can make your repayment through your Asto account or by bank transfer to us. Please contact us on ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ if you wish to make a payment. If you remain dissatisfied following the resolution of your complaint, you may have a right to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Alternatively, you could submit your complaint through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution website. This Agreement and the Loan are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other supervisory authority and fall outside the scope of the Consumer Credit ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and its associated legislation.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. You may cancel a Contract without giving any reason at any time within ONE month, as of the confirmation of the dispatch of your order. In this case, You shall receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our Returns Policy (see below Clause 15). The return of a gift card shall be governed by the Gift Card Conditions. Your right to cancel a Contract only applies to products that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings, where possible in the original boxes. Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as You received it or which is worn simply beyond opening the product will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any of the following products:
1. Customized items
2. Music CDs and DVDs whose original wrapping has been removed Further details of this contractual right and an explanation on how to exercise it are set out in clause 15 of these Terms. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. If you proceed with your application for a Card, you will have a right to withdraw from your Card Agreement if you change your mind. The withdrawal period starts on the date you sign your Agreement and ends 14 days from the day after you receive your Card.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. 6.1. You have the right, under section 66A of the Act, to withdraw from the Device Plan without giving any reason by notifying us before the end of fourteen (14) days beginning with the day after: (a) the day on which this Device Plan is made; (b) the day on which you receive a copy of your Device Plan which has been signed by you and us; or (c) the day on which you receive your Equipment (whichever is later) (“Withdrawal Period”). If you withdraw from your Device Plan during the Withdrawal Period, we will treat the Device Plan as if it had never been entered into and we will also terminate your Airtime Plan.
6.2. If you withdraw from this Device Plan during the Withdrawal Period and you wish to keep your Equipment, you will have to repay the amount of credit (as shown in 3. Amount of credit/Financial details above) provided to finance the purchase of the Equipment. You must repay the credit without delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the date on which you told us you wanted to withdraw. No interest will be payable on the amount of credit advanced. Please note, if you do not want to keep the Equipment and want to return it to us within the Withdrawal Period, you must (a) exercise your right to cancel your order under the Equipment terms in your Airtime Plan, (b) take reasonable care of the Equipment and (c) return it in accordance with our Returns Policy (available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇). If we reject your return of the Equipment (in accordance with the terms of our Returns Policy) you will have to repay to Vodafone the amount of credit provided to finance the purchase of your Equipment.
6.3. You must tell us if you want to withdraw by calling 191 from your Vodafone mobile or ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ from a UK landline or mobile (standard call charges apply). We will be able to assist you by taking details of your debit card so that you repay the total amount of credit to us.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. 10.1 You may withdraw from this Agreement without giving a reason by emailing using the details provided in Clause 16.3 below. You have fourteen (14) calendar days to do so, starting from the day after You enter into this Agreement.
10.2 If You choose to withdraw from the Agreement, before instalment(s) is/are paid to us, this Agreement is voided without any fees and/or costs being due.
10.3 If You choose to withdraw from this Agreement after instalment(s) is/are paid to us, this Agreement is voided and:
(i) You will have to repay to us the full amount that You owe us under the Agreement without delay and no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the day on which You tell us that You want to withdraw; and
(ii) We will have to pay You the instalments You paid us already at the time of the withdrawal without delay and no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the day on which we have been informed that You want to withdraw. The receivables mentioned under (i) and (ii) above shall be set-off to enable You to pay us the full amount that You owe us under this Agreement minus the instalments already paid to us at the time of the withdrawal.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. You have a right to withdraw from this Loan Credit Agreement. You can do this by sending a WRITTEN notice of withdrawal by post to Avantcard DAC, Dublin Road, Carrick-on-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Co Leitrim. You have FOURTEEN days to exercise your right of withdrawal and may do so without giving any reason and without charge from the day on which the Loan Credit Agreement was concluded or, if later, the date on which you receive a copy of this Loan Credit Agreement after the conclusion of the Loan Credit Agreement. You then have THIRTY days starting from the date you send the notice to repay us the amount of the Loan. If you do not withdraw from this Loan Credit Agreement you will be bound to make payments under the terms of this Loan Credit Agreement.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. You have the right to withdraw from the credit agreement without giving any reason before the end of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which the agreement is made. If you want to withdraw you must notify us of your intention to do so, either in writing or orally. To cancel orally you must telephone ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and speak with a Customer Service Representative. To cancel in writing you can write to MYJAR, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, fax your cancellation notice to 020 3004 0991 or email ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. If you cancel the agreement you must repay the amount of credit and accrued interest (from the date the credit was provided until you repay the credit) without delay and no longer than 30 calendar days after giving notice of withdrawal. The amount of interest that will accrue per day is £1.11 per £100 borrowed (1.11% per day). You can repay the credit and interest by calling us on 020 3006 2000 and using the debit card that we have registered for you or by bank transfer. You can also request our bank details by emailing Customer Support on ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. You have the right to repay early in full or in part. To do so you must give us notice of your wish to do so in writing or orally, and pay us your early repayment within 28 days of our receipt of that notice. To give us notice orally you must telephone ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and speak with a Customer Service Representative. You can end this agreement by giving us notice in writing of your wish to do so.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. You have the right to cancel and return any purchase of the Product within 14 days from the day on which you or any third party on your behalf receive(s) the Product. To exercise this right, you must email us at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ within those 14 days and inform us of your intent to cancel/return. The Products should be fully returned unused, in the same condition that you received it, in their original packaging with the applicable proof of purchase (i.e. a copy of your receipt) and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us. You are responsible for ensuring the Product is adequately protected during shipping back to our facilities in the Czech Republic. If, on return to us, it is reasonably determined that the Products have been used in excess of what is necessary to determine their nature, properties or functions, or if they are damaged or missing components, we may set off any claims for compensation we may have against you against your claim for refund of any payments made. We may therefore reduce the amount of your refund to take account of this use, damage or any missing components. If you return a Product bought as part of a bundle but do not return all of the bundled Products, we will reimburse you for the Product you do return minus the value of the applicable bundle discount. The cancellations shall be processed and refunds shall be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the item. We will refund the amount to the payment method used originally, unless you have explicitly stated otherwise (if possible). Your right of withdrawal does not apply to any Products for which the law excludes withdrawal rights such as any Products that have been personalized or modified in accordance with your instructions. The Right of Withdrawal only applies to consumers (a natural person who, outside his or her business activities or profession, enters into a purchase contract with the Somnium Space) residing in the EU or The United Kingdom.

The amount of interest that will accrue per day is as set out in paragraph 3 of this Agreement “Our charges and the amount that you pay”. If you ask us to, we will inform you without delay of the amount of interest payable per day. You can repay the credit and interest by calling us on 020 3006 2000 and using the debit card that we have registered for you or by bank transfer. YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. You have a right of withdrawal of your gold and silver from AUX, but you acknowledge AUX is not designed primarily as a service for those who wish to take physical possession of bullion. Your wish to withdraw gold will be accommodated only for quantities above 50 grams and in the form of whole numbers of appropriate gold bars of varying sizes and of generally accepted gold bullion coins to be selected at AUX's discretion. Your wish to withdraw silver will be accommodated only in the form of whole numbers of 1,000 ▇▇▇▇ oz bars. You understand and accept that AUX charges withdrawal fees according to its published Tariff. By using standard bullion products of its choice AUX undertakes to meet your withdrawal request to the nearest 10 grams, and to debit your AUX account to the nearest gram of the actual delivery made. It further undertakes that to the extent that rounding in whole grams favours either party, through the acquisition or disposal of partial grams of gold or silver, AUX will adjust the monetary balance on your account to within $2 of the value of the partial gram so acquired or disposed. To make physical withdrawals you will be required to provide reliable forms of identification and may in addition be required to indemnify AUX against identity fraud through the purchase of appropriate insurance. You understand that you cannot claim withdrawal directly from a Vault Operator. Your right to withdrawal is to be effected through AUX/PCFT who have the means and responsibility for identifying you reliably. Depending upon the quantity withdrawn you may be required to identify a local bank or equivalent institution to which your bullion can be delivered. Upon withdrawing bullion you accept that you may lose anonymity where these transactions are monitored by appropriate authorities. Upon withdrawing bullion you accept that you may become liable to taxes which you would otherwise not become liable to, and you permit AUX to deduct those taxes appropriately.
