Hosted Environment definition

Hosted Environment means the Hardware, system software, hosting support software, network connectivity, and facility used by Vendor to support the Hosted Software Services.
Hosted Environment means the Hardware, system software, hosting support software, network connectivity, and facility used by Contractor to support the Hosted Software Services. “Hosted Software Services” means the application, including the Hosted Software and any applicable Third-Party Software, as run on the Hosted Environment.
Hosted Environment means the platform infrastructure, including Intel’s proprietary software, to which Intel grants access to You, its contractors and customers as part of the Cloud Services. (f) “Intel Data” means all aggregate information, raw data, analytics and data created, derived or generated in any manner from or by the Software or Cloud Services during Your, Your employees, contractors, or end users use of Software or the Cloud Services but does not include Customer Data. (g) “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person of which You are the Data Controller and in relation to which Intel is providing the Cloud Services. For purposes of this definition, an “identifiable person” is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. (h) “Software” means certain software or other collateral, including, but not limited to, related components, application program interfaces, device drivers, associated media, printed or electronic documentation and any updates or releases thereto associated with Intel product(s), software or service(s).

Examples of Hosted Environment in a sentence

  • Any downtime scheduled to perform system maintenance, backup and upgrade functions for the Hosted Environment, and any other downtime incurred as a result of a Customer request.

  • Verint will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Hosted Environment will be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, excluding any Scheduled Downtime.

  • In addition to establishing and maintaining the Hosted Environment, Verint shall maintain the components of the Hosted Environment with all current Updates that Verint deems necessary for the SaaS Services.

  • As part of the SaaS Services, during any Access Term and subject to payment of all fees, Verint shall, either directly, or through its applicable third party vendor(s), provide support for the Hosted Environment and SaaS Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Section.

  • Revisions, modifications, alterations, and additions to the products or services provided by Verint to Customer as bug fixes or workarounds to resolve Errors, or installed by Verint in the Hosted Environment as bug fixes or workarounds, each to resolve Errors.

Hosted Environment means TCS’s servers within the facilities and environment managed and utilized by TCS to provide the Services to Client, including all software,
