Implementation Manual means the manual adopted by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.01(i) and to be used by the Borrower, ▇▇▇▇▇ and ONAS for the purposes of the implementation of the Project;

Implementation Manual means the Implementation Manual to be adopted pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.01 (a), for the implementation of all the components of the Project, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement and containing, inter alia, disbursement and procurement arrangements, work plans, training plans, the monitoring and performance indicators set forth in Schedule 5 to this Agreement, and procedures to be used for the purposes of implementation of the Project, as they may be amended from time to time, in consultation with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Implementation Manual;

Implementation Manual or “IM” means the procedure manual for the carrying out of the Project, satisfactory to the Bank, prepared by the Borrower and submitted to the Bank in accordance with paragraph B.9 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the Bank’s prior agreement;

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

More Definitions of Implementation Manual

Implementation Manual means the manual setting out, inter alia, criteria, procedures, timetables, and guidelines for the implementation of the Project, adopted by the Borrower’s Arreté Interministériel of July 29, 1997;
