Manual of Procedures definition

Manual of Procedures means the document specifying the technical and operational requirements to comply with in order to connect to and use the Transparency Platform, in accordance with article 5 of Regulation (EU) N°543/2013, and which is accessible on the ENTSO-E official website.
Manual of Procedures means the manual to be adopted pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.01 (b) of this Agreement for the implementation of all the components of the Project, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, and referred to in paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement and containing, inter alia, disbursement and procurement arrangements, work plans, training plans, the monitoring and performance indicators set forth in Schedule 6 to this Agreement, and procedures to be used for the purposes of implementation of the Project, as they may be amended from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the Manual of Procedures;
Manual of Procedures means the PMU’s manual dated July 14, 1996 specifying the PMU’s managerial, financial, administrative, engineering and environmental policies and procedures for the execution of the Project and the eligibility criteria for selection of Subprojects;

Manual of Procedures or “MOP” means the document referred to in Section I.A.3 of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, satisfactory to the Administrator, including a financial management manual setting forth the financial management procedures (budgeting, accounting and internal control, disbursement and flow of funds, financial reporting, annual reports and internal and external audit arrangements procedures); and setting forth procurement arrangements, definitions of financial covenants and institutional arrangements for the carrying out of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and the Administrator.

Manual of Procedures means the Project implementation manual, referred to in Section 5.01(d) of, and Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to, this Agreement, outlining the institutional and implementation arrangements including, inter alia, the eligibility criteria for selection of RESP(s), the Project financial management systems and procedures describing the internal controls, accounting systems, flow of funds, budgeting, reporting and authorization cycles required for carrying out the Project, and the manual of procurement procedures agreed with the Association, for the carrying out of the Project, as the same may be amended with the agreement of the Association.
