New Subprocessors Clause Samples
The "New Subprocessors" clause governs how and when a service provider may engage additional third-party subprocessors to handle data on behalf of a client. Typically, this clause requires the provider to notify the client before appointing new subprocessors, sometimes allowing the client to object within a specified timeframe. By establishing a clear process for introducing new subprocessors, the clause helps ensure transparency and gives clients oversight over who accesses their data, thereby addressing concerns about data security and compliance.
