ACCESS TO SERVICES, DEPARTMENTAL SUPPORT. 9.1 Supplies. All Adjuncts will be provided the necessary (as determined by the Supervisor and consistent with the Department, Division, Program, or University practice and available resources) supplies, materials, technologies, and other resources before the beginning of the course. These materials, technologies and other resources necessary for teaching the course will be consistent with, but not necessarily identical to, those provided other faculty in the Department, Division, or Program. By way of example, the University will provide access to computers, but will not provide a computer to each Adjunct. 9.2 Logistics. Adjuncts will be oriented into the logistical procedures in their departments and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ University that are reasonably necessary to do their jobs, including, but not limited to, online and information technologies and resources, preparing materials for class, how to place book orders, submitting grades, and so forth.

New full-time faculty members will be invited to the new faculty member orientation at the beginning of the school year, where they can be introduced to the procedures necessary to do their job. All proposed course-related field trips must be approved in advance by the relevant department chair or program director, and if approved, faculty members must abide by applicable guidelines and policies relating to such field trips. Section 5. Faculty members shall be provided computers and related equipment on the same terms as tenured and tenure-track faculty. Section 6. Faculty members shall be provided with individual mailboxes in each department to receive student papers and campus and other mail. Section 7. Faculty members shall have access to email and free WiFi at the University for the term of their appointment, and will not lose such access between semesters. Section 8. Faculty members shall have access to appropriate office space to prepare for class, meet with, and advise students, including private space when necessary. Prior to any decisions made at the departmental, program, or school level related to the allocation of office space, the Chair, Director, his/her designee, or Coordinator shall meet with affected faculty members to discuss proposed changes and possible alternatives. ACCESS TO SERVICES, DEPARTMENTAL SUPPORT. A. Employees will have access to supplies, materials, technologies and other available resources for teaching the course, before the beginning of the course. B. New Employees will be invited to the new faculty orientation at the beginning of the academic year, where they will be introduced to select policies and procedures necessary to do their jobs. Additional orientation will be scheduled at the department level. C. The department shall make available to Employees pertinent information about the course the Employee is teaching, including course syllabus and study materials available from previous years and previous syllabi, if available. D. If supplies, materials and/or software agreed to be needed to teach a course are unavailable, the Employee shall seek authorization from the department or program chair before incurring any expense. If the Employee is authorized in advance by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ University to purchase supplies, materials and/or software for a course, he/she will promptly submit a receipt or other documentation of the expense for processing a reimbursement. E.   • Access to Services Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services. Services may only be used by Your Users for internal business purposes only. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Schedules, and with all applicable Company procedures and policies that further define use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that the actions of any of Your Users with respect to the Services will be deemed to be actions by You and that any breach by any of Your Users of the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedule, will be deemed to be a breach by You.

  • Access to Personnel Files All employees shall be allowed access to their personnel files during normal working hours for inspection and/or copies of documents which will be provided by the Employer. Such inspection shall be made subject to prior arrangement with the Employer.

  • Access to Personnel Records Upon written request to the Chief of Police, an employee shall have access to the employee's records during normal office hours of the records custodian. Such access to personnel records shall be within a reasonable time of said request. Such request shall not interfere with the employee's regularly scheduled working hours. Review of the records shall be made in the presence of the Chief or the Chief’s designated representative.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.
