Common use of Account Manager Clause in Contracts

Account Manager. 16.2.1 The Employer will notify the Department in writing of the name, telephone number, e-mail address and the postal address of the person appointed as the Account Manager. 16.2.2 The Account Manager may exercise the functions, rights and powers conferred by this Agreement upon the Employer. 16.2.3 In the event that the Employer wishes to change the identity of the Account Manager, it will, subject to Clause 16.2.4 give to the Department not less than 5 Working Days’ notice in writing of such change. Such written notice will inform the Department of the name, telephone number e-mail address and postal address of the new Account Manager. 16.2.4 In the event that it is not possible or practical for any reason for the Employer to give notice to the Department in accordance with Clause 16.2.3 the Employer will notify the Department by whatever means the Employer considers appropriate and will confirm such notification in writing within 5 Working Days.

Such written notice will inform the Department of the name, telephone number e-mail address and postal address of the new Account Manager. 16.2.4 17.2.4 In the event that it is not possible or practical for any reason for the Employer Contractor to give notice to the Department in accordance with Clause 16.2.3 17.2.3 the Employer Contractor will notify the Department by whatever means the Employer Contractor considers appropriate and will confirm such notification in writing within 5 five (5) Working Days.
