ADA Accessibility. If you believe that you require adaptive or accessible housing on the basis of a disability or health problem, please contact the Coordinator for Student Disabilities Services (580-745-2392). TDD # ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. Requests received after the housing application deadline of 6/15 (for the fall, or 11/1 for the spring or 4/1 for the summer) may not be able to be accommodated.
ADA Accessibility. Students who have medical/psychological needs or disabilities which may affect their assignment should complete the Request for ADA/Accommodation Form in Housing Central including the Health Care Provider form. Reasonable accommodations will be approved based on availability and timely receipt of appropriate documentation as outlined by Residential Living & Learning. Final determination of assignment is based on space availability at the time of the request.

b. Comply with all applicable FCC regulations regarding advanced communications services (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/encyclopedia/advanced-communications-services-acs).
c. Resolve immediately any accessibility issues that are discovered or encountered by end users, and communicate a concrete timeframe for resolving the issue(s).
d. Prior to contract signing, must present a VPAT or other documentation demonstrating compliance.
e. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the West Hills Community College District from and against any claim arising out of its failure to comply with these requirements. Failure to comply with these requirements shall constitute a breach and be grounds for termination of this agreement.

ADA Accessibility. All of the facilities may not be equipped to accommodate disabilities. If Tenant needs an ADA accessible accommodation, it is the responsibility of Tenant to communicate this to Owner or Manager at the time of reservation.
