Additional Occupants. Also referred to simply as “Occupants,” these are individuals who have a legal right to reside on the Property with the Tenant. The Tenant agrees to bear all responsibility and liability for the actions made by the Occupants.
Additional Occupants. Pursuant to the Lease Agreement, only the individuals approved by the University with a current additional occupant addendum may reside in the apartment with the lease holder.
Additional Occupants. The occupant (s) listed in Clause 2 above shall be the only occupants of the premises rented herein, provided however, that the Tenant shall have the right to accommodate as guests not more than two persons for not longer than two weeks per person. Any guest remaining longer than two weeks shall be deemed to be additional occupant. The landlord is not bound to accept an "additional occupant” as a Tenant of the premises rented herein. The Tenants agree to cause the additional occupant to vacate the premises herein in the event; that the Landlord does not sign an amendment to this tenancy agreement for the additional occupant. The Tenant’s failure to remove the additional occupant shall constitute a breach of this agreement and cause to terminate same.
Additional Occupants. 9.1. The Tenant is required to get the Landlord’s written permission (which the Landlord will not unreasonably withhold) before allowing any Additional Occupants to move into the Apartment. 9.2. The Landlord may require at their discretion for any Additional Occupants over of the age of 18 to pass an internal referencing check to establish the Occupant’s suitability to live in the Apartment. 9.3. The Landlord may also request any Additional Occupants over of the age of 18 to pass a Credit Check with the Landlord’s preferred Credit Check agent. 9.4. The Landlord reserves the right to reject any applications for Additional Occupants at the Landlord’s absolute discretion. 9.5. The Tenant is required to inform the Landlord in writing whenever any of the Additional Occupants cease to reside at the Apartment. 9.6. The Tenant will not allow the Apartment to be overcrowded at any point of the Tenancy. This means that there should be no more than 2 occupants per bedroom living in any Apartment. 9.7. The Additional Occupants are not Tenants and do not have Tenant rights within this Tenancy Agreement. 9.8. The Landlord does not have any Tenancy related obligations towards any Additional Occupants. 9.9. The Additional Occupants can cease to occupy the Premises at any point during this Tenancy Agreement as they are not bound by this Tenancy Agreement to fulfil the requirements or fulfil the period of this Tenancy. 9.10. Additional Occupants are accountable to abide by the Terms & Conditions set out in the Additional Occupant Agreement. 9.11. The Tenant is held accountable for any damage, loss, injury or breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by any Visitor or Additional Occupant visiting or living with the Tenant.
Additional Occupants. In addition to Tenant, the following individuals (if any) may occupy the Premises (“Additional Occupants”): N/A N/A N/A 1.13 PETS Unless otherwise provided under federal, state, or local law, no animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, and insects) are allowed, even temporarily, anywhere on the Premises unless so authorized in writing. Tenant shall not bring, keep, “baby-sit”, or maintain any pet on the Premises. This Agreement grants permission to Tenant to keep the below named pet(s), subject to the following: N/A N/A N/A N/A ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has the right to request Tenant to remove a pet permanently from the Premises if pet becomes a nuisance, causes disturbances, or damages the Premises or personal property belonging to the Premises. Pets of guests are not allowed on the Premises.
Additional Occupants. If persons not listed on the face of this agreement occupy the Townhome, additional rent of $50.00 will be charged for each occupant during each month or fraction of a month. Short term visits by guests (Relatives and friends) may not exceed seven (7) days without Landlord’s written permission or you will be subject to an additional charge. • Pets: (see Pet Addendum, if applicable) No pets of any kind shall be brought on to the premises, even temporarily, without Landlord’s prior written consent. Failure to comply will result in a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) administrative and cleaning fee. Violation of this provision shall entitle Landlord to terminate this Lease immediately on not less than three (3) day notice. In the event that Landlord exercises its option to terminate, Resident shall pay attorney’s fees, costs and disbursements, if any, in addition to forfeiture of the Resident’s security deposit, as liquidated damages for violation of this Lease provision. • Re-Painting: Upon vacating, you are responsible for the cost of re-painting if re-painting is needed within one year after the Townhome was last painted.
Additional Occupants. The following person(s) will also occupy the Premises, but is/are not of legal age and shall have no liability or responsibility under this Agreement [list any minor children] No rights under this Agreement shall be conferred to any person who has not executed this Agreement. The Tenant shall notify the Landlord immediately in writing of any person(s) who are not named in this Agreement who have been or shall be residing in the Premises for a period in excess of days. Such person(s) may remain in the Premises only upon written authorization of the Landlord.
Additional Occupants. No person, other than those listed in this agreement, may occupy the rental unit. A person not listed in this agreement who resides in the rental unit for a period in excess of two weeks in any calendar year will be considered to be occupying the rental unit contrary to this Agreement and without the right or permission of the landlord. This person will be considered a trespasser. A tenant anticipating an additional person in the rental unit must promptly apply in writing for permission from the landlord for such person to become an approved occupant. Failure to apply and obtain the necessary approval of the landlord in writing is a breach of a material term of this Agreement. The landlord may at his option give notice to the tenant to immediately correct the breach. The landlord has the right to end the tenancy, if the tenant fails to correct the breach within a reasonable time after having been given written notice by the landlord.
Additional Occupants. In addition to the Tenant(s) identified above, it is agreed that the following 32 individuals shall occupy the premises 33 . 34
Additional Occupants. Individuals legally allowed to live with the Tenant. The Tenant is responsible for their actions.
