ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION. 1. Third parties may become signatories to this MOU, based on consensus between the Participants.

ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION. The Prime Contractor shall cause at least one representative of each Subcontractor reasonably associated with an agenda item to attend and participate as requested by the Committee in the meeting of the PAC in which such agenda item will be heard, provided that Owner may waive such obligation on a case-by-case basis where Owner determines that such participation is not reasonably necessary for resolution of the matter.

ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION. If any Investor fails to elect to fully ------------------------ participate in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ sale pursuant to this Section 6, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall give notice of such failure to the Investors who did so elect (the "Participants"). Such notice may be made by telephone if confirmed in writing within two (2) days. The Participants shall have five (5) days from the date such notice was given to agree to sell their pro rata share of the unsold portion. For purposes of this Subsection, a Participant's pro rata share shall be equal to the product obtained by multiplying the number of shares in the unsold portion by a fraction (i) the numerator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock (on an as- converted basis for all Preferred Stock) held by such Participant and (ii) the denominator of which is the total number of shares of Common Stock held by the Participants (on an as-converted basis for all Preferred Stock) and by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.

ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION. Subject to the reasonable discretion of Continental, Continental agrees: a) upon request by SkyWest reasonably in advance, to mention SkyWest in up to two Program communications each year when space is available. Information provided by SkyWest to be communicated to Program Members must be relative to SkyWest's participation in the program or SkyWest service enhancements that would benefit members. b) subject to prior written approval of Continental and execution of appropriate confidentiality and security agreements, to provide SkyWest access to the Program membership base for targeted mailings by SkyWest. All costs associated with such access shall be borne by SkyWest. Continental reserves the right to execute the actual mailing. Requests for names and tapes require 45 days notice to Continental. c) to have annual marketing planning meetings with SkyWest to discuss and plan joint marketing initiatives.

ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION. In addition to the Transition Plan and the Disentanglement Plan, the Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to the activities documented in the Disentanglement Plan, the Contractor will participate in the following transition sub-plans, when appropriate, and when DSHS reasonably requests the Contractor to do so:  Communications plan  Personnel plan  Technical transition  Functional transition (Knowledge Transfer)  Relationship management plan  Contract management plan  Asset management plan  Financial management plan  Security management plan  Risk management plan

ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION. HWMA member agencies not initially participating in this MOU shall be permitted to enter into this MOU and thereby participate in the Recyclable Materials Processing Agreement subject to modified terms and conditions, if any, acceptable to both the HWMA Board of Directors and Contractor.

ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION. The Executive shall be eligible to receive additional equity and other long-term incentive awards during his employment hereunder at the discretion of the Compensation Committee.

ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION. I agree that, if I am selected as a contestant for the Series, Producer and/or Network shall have the exclusive and irrevocable option to film or tape up to three (3) additional episodes relating to the Series, including, without limitation, a reunion, “making of,” casting, or “All-Stars” program or series (the “Special Episodes”), to be produced within three (3) years after the initial exhibition of the final episode of the Series in which I appear (the “Special Episodes Option”). Producer and /or Network shall exercise the Special Episodes Option in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement date of principal photography or taping of the Special Episodes. I agree to participate in production of the Special Episodes for a period to be determined by Producer and/or Network (the “Special Episodes Production Period”), at one or more locations, and to participate in the Special Episodes to the same extent and degree that I have agreed to participate in the Series (including, without limitation, compliance with any series rules and participation in all series contests and other activities). I hereby grant Producer and/or Network all rights in the Special Episodes as if the same had been included in the “Material”, and I agree that all other provisions of this Agreement (including, without limitation, the provisions relating to participation, publicity, and confidentiality), as well as my Application and all other agreements that I have executed or that I may execute in connection with the Series, shall apply equally to my participation in and in connection with any Special Episodes.
