The Administration of Policy clause defines how an insurance policy is managed and overseen throughout its term. Administration of Policy. The Customer understands that the administration of this policy requires the exercise of discretion and judgment by Service Provider. Service Provider agrees to exercise good faith in its administration of this policy and in making determinations under the policy.

Subject to any limitation under applicable law, the Committee may authorize and empower any officer or employee of the Company to take any and all actions necessary or appropriate to carry out the purpose and intent of this Policy (other than with respect to any recovery under this Policy involving such officer or employee).
Administration of Policy. No distinctions or differences will be made for employees under this policy whether they reside in the city, county, or out-of-state. Delays and closings will be based solely on the discretion of the Executive Director.
