Application Documents Clause Samples
The Application Documents clause defines the set of documents that are considered part of a formal application or submission under an agreement. Typically, this includes forms, supporting materials, certifications, and any other paperwork required by the receiving party to process the application. By clearly identifying which documents are included, this clause ensures that both parties understand what constitutes a complete application, reducing the risk of disputes or delays due to missing or incomplete information.
