ARTICLE STATEMENT OF DUTIES. When an employee is first hired or when an employee is reassigned to another position in the bargaining unit, the Employer shall, before the employee is assigned to that position, provide the employee with a current and accurate written statement of duties of the position to which he or she is assigned. Upon written request, an employee shall be given a complete and current statement of duties and responsibilities of his or her position.
ARTICLE STATEMENT OF DUTIES. The Employer shall, when requested to do so by the employee, provide to the employee within ten (10) working days of that employee’s request, an accurate job description of his position. When an employee is first engaged or when an employee is reassigned to another position in the bargaining unit, the Employer shall, before the employee is assigned to that position, provide the employee with an accurate job description of the position.
ARTICLE STATEMENT OF DUTIES. When an employee is hired the Employer shall provide the employee with a written Statement of Duties. Upon written request an employee shall be entitled to a current Statement of Duties including the position's classification level.
ARTICLE STATEMENT OF DUTIES. The Company, on request, agrees to provide an employee with a written current statement of the employee's duties and responsibilities, within a reasonable time. All job descriptions be current and consistent with the duties performed. When an employee is first engaged or when an employee is reassigned to another position in the Bargaining Unit, the Company shall, if requested to do so by the employee, before the employee is assigned to that position, provide the employee with a statement of duties and responsibilities within a reasonable time.

The Employer shall, when requested to do so an Employee, provide within ten (10)working days of that request the Employee with a statement of duties and an accurate job description of his position. Where, as a result of a request by an Employee under the Employee’sjob description or statement of duties is changed, the Employer and shall meet to determine whether such change constitutes a major change such that a re-evaluation is required. If a job evaluation is required, the process for job evaluation under article shall be applied.

The employee shall be provided with a copy of any revisions to those duties responsibilities and terms of employment when the Employer enacts such revisions. The Employer will provide a Statement of Duties to an employee who requests it. ARTICLE CLASSIFICATION If a new or revised classification is established which is not covered by the schedule of wages then in effect, the Employer shall, before applying the new or revised classification, negotiate with the Union the rates of pay and the rules affecting the pay of employees for the classification affected. the parties fail to agree within sixty (60) days from the date on which the Employer submits the new or revised classification to the Union, the Employer may apply the new rates of pay and the Union may refer the matter to arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision will be retroactive to the date of application of the new rates. The Employer will underwrite the cost of training provided that the training is relevant to the employee's current position, and that costs are based on current Government per diem rates, plus reasonable accommodation costs, and tuition costs.

Upon completion of the organizational review and the development of new statement of duties, an employee shall be provided with a complete and current statement of the duties and responsibilities of his or her position, including the classification level and, where applicable, the point rating allotted by factor to his or her position, and an organization chart depicting the place in the organization.

This does not preclude the ability of the Employer to add, change or delete duties of the employee.

Other related duties will not contain, in the aggregate, any duty, which may account for more than twenty percent (20%) of an employee’s duties in any given year.

If the parties fail to reach agreement within sixty (60) days from the date on which the Employer submits the new or revised standard to the Union, the Employer may withdraw the proposed classification and may their proposal or the Employer may apply the new rates of pay and the Union may refer the matter to arbitration. The arbitrator's decision will be retroactive to the date of application of the new rates. Where an employee believes that he has been improperly classified with respect to his position or category, group and level, he shall discuss his classification with his immediate supervisor and, on request, be provided with a copy of his statement of duties before he files a grievance.
