Assaults Sample Clauses

The 'Assaults' clause defines the rules and consequences related to acts of physical violence or threats thereof within the context of the agreement. For example, it may specify that any party found to have committed an assault may face immediate termination of the contract or legal action. The core function of this clause is to deter violent behavior, protect the safety of all parties involved, and provide a clear process for addressing such serious misconduct.
