Assembly Point. There will be no restrictions on assembly point(s) or warehouse distance from living accommodations and may be on the right-of-way. The establishing of any assembly point or points will not affect the location of the warehouse.
Assembly Point. ‌ (a) All employees shall have one location specified as their assembly point. An employee's assembly point can be changed subject to two weeks written notice from the Employer. (b) Where an employee works away from their assembly point, they will, at the Commission's option, either travel on the Commission's time or be paid for hours travelled at the overtime rate. (c) The provisions of this section shall not apply to employees on travel status. (d) Mobile employees' starting and ending points may be an alternate location within 5 kilometers of their normal assembly point, determined by the efficient completion of their work assignments.
Assembly Point. In an unincorporated area except as provided in Subsection (c) hereof, an assembly point shall be designated for each job at a location reasonably convenient to board and lodging and the travel between such point and the work site shall be considered as time worked.
Assembly Point. The time of each Employee shall start in the morning at the designated Assembly Point, which shall be agreed upon at the pre-job conference. Contractor or subcontractor shall make suitable and prompt transportation available from Assembly point to the job site and back. The time of the Employees shall end at quitting time on the job sites. In the event that the cumulative round trip travel exceeds one (1) hour, then the employee’s time exceeding the one (1) hour will be considered as time worked and compensation will be computed at the applicable rate. The Contractor or subcontractor will utilize Teamsters for all hours worked hauling employees to and from the agreed upon assembly point.

Assembly Point. For the purposes of gathering each day at the accommodation so as to use Company provided transport to the worksite and return, the accommodation assembly point will be that point which is nominated by Management.   • Assembly (a) The Contracting Parties shall have an Assembly. (b) Each Contracting Party shall be represented by one delegate who may be assisted by alternate delegates, advisors and experts. (c) The expenses of each delegation shall be borne by the Contracting Party that has appointed the delegation. The Assembly may ask WIPO to grant financial assistance to facilitate the participation of delegations of Contracting Parties that are regarded as developing countries in conformity with the established practice of the General Assembly of the United Nations or that are countries in transition to a market economy. (a) The Assembly shall deal with matters concerning the maintenance and development of this Treaty and the application and operation of this Treaty. (b) The Assembly shall perform the function allocated to it under Article 26(2) in respect of the admission of certain intergovernmental organizations to become party to this Treaty. (c) The Assembly shall decide the convocation of any diplomatic conference for the revision of this Treaty and give the necessary instructions to the Director General of WIPO for the preparation of such diplomatic conference. (a) Each Contracting Party that is a State shall have one vote and shall vote only in its own name. (b) Any Contracting Party that is an intergovernmental organization may participate in the vote, in place of its Member States, with a number of votes equal to the number of its Member States which are party to this Treaty. No such intergovernmental organization shall participate in the vote if any one of its Member States exercises its right to vote and vice versa. (4) The Assembly shall meet in ordinary session once every two years upon convocation by the Director General of WIPO. (5) The Assembly shall establish its own rules of procedure, including the convocation of extraordinary sessions, the requirements of a quorum and, subject to the provisions of this Treaty, the required majority for various kinds of decisions.

  • Delivery Point The delivery point is the point of delivery of the Power Product to the CAISO Controlled Grid (the “Delivery Point”). Seller shall provide and convey to Buyer the Power Product from the Generating Facility at the Delivery Point. Title to and risk of loss related to the Power Product transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Containers An extra charge will be made for returnable containers and special shipping devices (such as oil barrels, reels, tarpaulins, commutator clamps, etc.) where they are consigned to the Purchaser, but refund will be made if returned in good condition to the factory, or other points designated by EXION, within ninety (90) days from the date of original shipment, charges prepaid.
