Assigned resources. We reserve the right to assign qualified resources to perform work outlined in each Service Order at our discretion. You have the right to request resource replacement throughout the duration of a Service Order. You will submit all requests to replace resources in writing to us and will include a reason for request. We will evaluate replacement requests and replace resources with similarly qualified resources if deemed reasonable.

Accordingly, any changes to the Project Scope/Timeline after execution of this Agreement may result in an additional fee in the amount of 10% of the total cost for the project to account for the additional time and expenses that will be incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Solutions in order to accommodate any such changes. In addition, travel expenses as outlined in the Cost Sheet will no longer be applicable, and any such expenses will be charged to Client at the actual cost incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Solutions.
