ASSURANCE STATEMENT Sample Clauses

An Assurance Statement is a clause that formally declares a party's commitment to certain facts, standards, or obligations within an agreement. Typically, it outlines specific assurances such as compliance with laws, accuracy of information provided, or the quality of goods and services delivered. For example, a seller might assure that products are free from defects or that all necessary licenses are in place. The core function of this clause is to provide confidence and legal backing to the other party, reducing uncertainty and allocating risk if the assurances prove untrue.
